 We aim to deliver all goods within 28 days of order, but because a lot of our products are either hand finished or made to order this is not always possible. We will always contact you before processing your order if delivery cannot be made during this time. Many crystal chandeliers are supplied boxed and un-assembled. We do offer an onsite assembly service, but installation should be carried out by a suitably qualified electrician.
All orders within mainland UK carry a £10 carriage charge. Any orders placed from outside this area will be accepted via the automated system, but we will then contact you with a quote for delivery.
