 Returns policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Richard Hathaway Lighting and we therefore offer a full refund or replacement if you are not completely satisfied with your goods. Goods must be returned to us in original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that some items are non returnable if they are specially made or finished, we will always advise you of this before processing your order.
Payment & Pricing
Payment over the internet can be made by debit or credit cards from the following - Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Maestro or JCB.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling (?) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates. It may be necessary to adjust the prices in the event of an increase in VAT rates, or as a result of an international price increase. For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is currently added.
Product Availability
We do our best to ensure availability of all our products. If however, we are unable to supply an item, we will inform you of the delay and the expected delivery date. All details of outstanding products are held on file and we will despatch them under separate cover as soon as they become available. You will not be charged for this seperate delivery for any back orders in the United Kingdom. Occasionally we find ourselves having to cancel and withdraw an item. In these circumstances we will inform you.
Security & Privacy Policy
We know that you care how information about you is used - rest assured, when you shop with us, your credit card and personal information will be treated with the highest standards of safety and security. We will never sell or pass on your name to any other organisation.
We may however, use your details to advise you of any new products, craft shows or workshops. Should however, you do not wish to receive any of these details please contact us either by telephone, fax or e-mail and we will remove your name from our mailing list. |
